Start from where you are

Most buyers arrive with one of three situations. Pick the one that matches yours.

Distributor or importer

You already sell these lines and need a source that ships exactly what was approved — correct accessories, retail-ready packing, consistent quality.

  • Fixed specification and accessory list
  • Retail or neutral packaging
  • Consolidated mixed-SKU shipments

Private-label buyer

You want your own brand on the product and a first order small enough to test the market without tying up capital.

  • Trial quantities quoted per item
  • Label artwork and printed packaging
  • Sample or pre-production approval

Workshop or tire service

You replenish consumables and tools on a cycle and need predictable reorder response across a mixed basket.

  • Everyday consumables and hand tools
  • Mixed cartons consolidated per order
  • Repeat-order specification on file

The five things we lock down before shipment

Almost every sourcing dispute starts with one of these five points being left open. We confirm all five in writing before production.

  1. 01

    Specification

Item, material, dimensions, capacity or rating, colour and finish — restated in a specification sheet you approve.

  2. 02

    Accessories

Every component in the box, itemised: cables, adapters, fuses, spare parts, instruction sheet language.

  3. 03

    Packaging

Retail colour box, neutral box or poly bag; barcode, label text, carton mark and units per carton.

  4. 04

    Inspection

Who inspects, at what AQL level, which defects matter, and which documents you receive with the shipment.

  5. 05

    Delivery

Production window counted from approved specification and deposit, plus the loading or consolidation plan.

How an order runs

Four stages, each ending in a document you keep.

  1. Step 1

    Inquiry

You send the item, target quantity, destination market and packaging wish. We reply with feasibility, trial quantity and open questions.

  2. Step 2

    Spec & sample confirmation

Specification sheet, accessory list and packing artwork are approved in writing. Sample or pre-production unit is signed off.

  3. Step 3

    Production & inspection

Production runs to the approved sheet. AQL inspection is carried out and the report is issued before cartons are sealed.

  4. Step 4

    Packing & delivery

Cartons are marked to your plan, mixed SKUs consolidated, and shipping documents handed over for your forwarder.

Buyer questions

The six questions that come up most often in first inquiries.

How do I confirm specifications before placing an automotive accessories order?

Send the item, material, dimension, accessory list and packaging requirement in your inquiry. We return a written specification sheet and a sample or pre-production confirmation before bulk production starts.

Can I order a small trial batch with custom packaging?

Yes. Trial quantities and custom packaging are confirmed per category, because minimums depend on the item and the printing method. State your target quantity and packaging format in the inquiry form and we quote accordingly.

Who inspects the goods and what documents do I get?

Inspection is normally AQL sampling by our QC, optionally by a third-party inspection company or your nominated agent. Documentation includes the packing list, inspection report and, where applicable, material or test reports for the item.

How are mixed SKUs consolidated into one shipment?

Mixed SKUs can be consolidated into one carton plan or one container. Submit the SKU and quantity combination during specification confirmation so cartons, labels and loading sequence are planned before production ends.

What labeling is required for automotive accessories in my market?

Labeling rules differ by destination market and product type. We confirm the label content you require, print to your approved artwork, and advise which declarations must be supplied by you as the importer.

Who is responsible for compliance and customs clearance?

Import clearance and destination-market certification remain with the buyer. We prepare the shipping and product documents agreed in the order so your broker can clear the shipment.
