What the item is
- A name, a photo, a competitor product or a link
- Any specification figures that matter to you
- Accessories or components that must be included
- Whether an existing sample can be sent
A useful first message does not need to be long. It needs to say what item you are sourcing, where it will be sold, and what you cannot yet confirm. Everything else can be worked out in the exchange.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Your inquiry goes straight to our inbox and we reply within one business day.
Send what you have. Missing items become questions rather than assumptions.
The Sourcing & Supply page sets out what we coordinate and what stays with you. The Quality & Compliance page explains how inspection is agreed. If your question is about specification or packaging decisions, the Knowledge guides may answer it first.
We aim to reply within one business day, with either a quoting question or a short written summary of what we understood from your message. If the item falls outside what we coordinate, the reply will say so rather than stretch the enquiry into a quotation.
Not required, but photos, a drawing, a sample reference, the destination market and the annual volume make the first reply materially more useful. A product name on its own usually turns one exchange into four, because the specification cannot be inferred from it.
Yes, if you are testing a category. A trial order of two to four items is a normal starting point rather than an exception, and the specification and inspection record built on it is what makes your follow-up order faster and cheaper to confirm.
