Tire Maintenance & Repair

Consumables and workshop tools bought on a replenishment cycle by tire shops, workshops and distributors. This range fails on the details nobody photographs: compound shelf life, fitting lists, torque values and carton weight limits.

What this range covers

Where tire-category orders go wrong

Shelf life declared, storage condition omitted

A repair string with a two-year shelf life in a sealed bag becomes unserviceable within months in a hot workshop. We write the production date, stated shelf life and storage condition on the label, so your customer can verify it.

Fitting lists replaced by "universal"

Valve and TPMS kits sold as universal generate returns. Send the sensor family or vehicle set you serve, and the fitting list is confirmed item by item.

Carton weight limits ignored

Heavy tools and light consumables in the same container need different carton construction. Carton weight and pallet pattern are settled with the specification, not at loading.

Gauge accuracy treated as a given

Pressure gauges and inflators carry an accuracy class. If your market inspects it, it must be stated and documented, not assumed from the sample.

Replenishment and repeat orders

Most of this range is bought again, so the first order is really about creating a record that makes the second order fast.

Specification on file

Once approved, the specification sheet, accessory list and packaging artwork are kept so a reorder does not restart the process.

Mixed baskets

Consumables, tools and valves can be combined into one carton plan. Send the mix at specification stage so weights and pallet pattern work.

Neutral or retail packing

Workshop supply usually ships neutral; distributor supply usually ships retail-ready with barcode and printed insert. The choice is fixed before print.

Questions buyers ask about this range

What is the shelf life of tire repair strings and how is it declared?

Shelf life depends on the compound and the packaging seal. Ask for the production date, the stated shelf life and the storage condition on the label; unsealed strings stored in warm workshops lose adhesion well before the printed date.

Are valve and TPMS service parts model-specific?

Yes for service kits. Send the vehicle or sensor family you serve and we confirm the fitting list, rubber grade and torque specification before quoting, because a generic kit that fits nothing is the most common return reason in this category.

Can workshop tools be mixed in one container with consumables?

Usually yes. Submit the SKU and quantity mix at specification stage so carton weights, pallet pattern and loading sequence are planned; heavy tools and light consumables need different carton construction.

Send your replenishment list, not just one item.

A mixed basket is normal in this category. Include quantities per item and we reply with what can ship together and what needs its own carton plan.
